Everything You Need to Know About Homecoming 2024 — Just Ask!

We’re in the final hours before our 2024 Homecoming, featuring the woodwinds, silks, flags yell and spirit leaders, and celebrating musicians from the All-American Marching Band that performed at the 1984 Olympics.

Here’s all the info you’re looking for – from rehearsal to reception to kickoff and post-game details.

Check out this Linktree to learn about all Homecoming info, including the official itinerary to learn what, where and when everything will happen from Friday’s rehearsal, to that evening’s reception; from Saturday’s practice to dismissal after we beat the Cornhuskers.

A few things to note:

  • Clarinets and saxophones who are borrowing an instrument to play in the postgame show should provide their own mouthpiece and reed.
  • There is still some space left for any alums who’d like to attend the all-TMB Alumni Reception on Friday from 7-10 p.m. in the Dr. Arthur C. Bartner Pavilion. Walk-up price is $40. The dinner buffet menu includes fried chicken, baked chicken, mac and cheese, two sides, corn bread and dessert. Soda and water are included with a cash bar.
  • The reception will also include an auction run by Dr. Jacob Vogel, with items including a “Tusk” album autographed by Lindsey Buckingham, a signed painting by Dr. Bartner; dinner for four with Dr. Vogel at Avila’s El Ranchito restaurant and more!

As always, details are subject to change, and the itinerary will be updated when necessary.
